This hotel is great for business travelers. It offers a breakfast buffet but the parking is expensive and as compared to Drury Inn with a happy hour option, the rating drops. It’s business friendly not family friendly

I purposely got my room at this hotel because of the pool. I had a 5 year old with me that wanted NOTHING more than to go swimming. There was no reason for the pool to be closed for over 24 hours in July.
I would return to this location. The only thing I was not prepare for is getting on the elevator to get to check in and out. I had issues in the 1st room and once I made contact with the front desk I was given a new room with out additional charges. My final night there, kids were running up and down the hall way and knocking on doors. That was disturbing but not to the point to spoil my family stay.
This hotel was conveniently located in New Orleans and close to multiple monuments and areas of interest. The hotel was SOOO CLEAN and the staff was more than welcoming. You can tell the staff feels taken care of as well as guests.
