I stayed here for a weekend getaway with my teen daughter. We thought the room was clean didn’t have much of a view. However, the small kitchenette was convenient. The valet service was amazing as well as the people at the front desk for the most part. Location is perfect because you can walk to places or get an Uber. We decided to rent a car, but we didn’t use it much. Good morning breakfast was decent. Wish I had just a couple more options. However, it wasn’t bad. I would stay here again

The room was spotless and the smell of the room was nice.Dishes was excessible & Clean. The amenties was wonderful such as an extra Blanket,tea and coffee , a good Iron that wasnt scorched.Nice Tvs and beds were comfortable.The Staff was so professional. Michelle was amazing, verypleasant & profresional Arceley I think the manager was as well awesome. There was a gentle who would greet younext to elavator was great. Upon me & guest leaving another staff David was awesome.

We had an issue with the toilet in our room; however, the staff was able to easily move us to a new room and make sure we were properly accommodated. The breakfast had a surprising amount of options and was tasty. Our only complaints were that the linens and pillows seemed kind of cheap and thin and the front desk was often understaffed at peak times. Overall, our stay was comfortable and pleasant.

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was and our room was perfect. We booked a balcony and it was very comfortable and had a small kitchen. We would definitely stay here again if we visited New Orleans. It is a couple of blocks from the French Quarter. The people of New Orleans are so friendly and welcoming.

The toilet ran and the safe in the room did not work, a request was put in with the front desk in regards to these issues, but it was never fixed. We had to fix the toilet. It took several minutes for the hot water in the bathroom sink to get warm. Bed was uncomfortable the bottom bed sheet did not fit the bed properly.
