The valet was a great idea. To have to compete with parking garages as a guest at this hotel would have been a nightmare. So thank you for this convenience. My husband and I were both amazed with the staff's hospitality all around. Thank you for a great experience.

Very nice staff. But it’s the South I don’t think they know how to be rude. The property was in a great area to walk to the FQ, streetcar to get you all over town, the outlet is nearby as well. Would stay here again.
