The staff were extremely nice, the hotel itself was adorable, and it’s in a convenient location. There’s a pool table and beautiful art & decor in the lobby area. The only complaints I have are that the AC did not stay set on the temperature I set it on, and I got a tad warm, there was a $150 refundable deposit that isn’t listed/shown in the Expedia app when booking (but parking fees are deducted from that total), and the parking fee is actually $52, not $43. It’s $43 PLUS taxes and fees. Additionally, the bathroom area is only semi-private and I didn’t love that, but there was a sliding door that provided some privacy for toilet and shower use. Overall, I was pleased with the stay!

Upon check-in, I was given a room with no window. Then I was given a handicap room with a very small window that had a blackout shade that did not work and was stuck in the down position. The room was in excellent condition, shower was big. The issues came when a King bed room was booked and we received a room with two queen beds instead. They didnt notify us of the change or even tell us when we checked in. We didn't know until we got to the room and saw it was not a king bed. Additionally, the door of the room had been clearly tampered with for a break in and would not lock we had to leave it unlocked with a safety lock which is not much security as we are sleeping. However, the check in lady and valet were super nice and knowledgeable, showing skills of their job. The lady at the front desk did give us free breakfast tickets and drinks for the inconvenience so that helped. Plus the breakfast was very good the next day. We just didn't like that our King Bed Room was taken by other quests coming in when it was already reserved.
