So to start the parking is horrible , homeless people everywhere begging for money anywhere you turn and the streets stinks so bad , We felt unsafe . The lady that help us at the front desk was very nice . The first thing we noticed when we walked in the room is that there was a greasy smell like good. The doors were all chewed up like a dog did that and they just try to paint over it . The AC we had it on 68 but the room temperature was 73 it will get hot specially in the mornings . They have a dog spot it’s gross so nasty they have fake grass and they dogs pee gets stuck there no where to go stinks so bad!!!! I had to clean my dog and my feet’s after we walked in there looks like they don’t really care lol poor management.

Staff was friendly except for one young girl at check-in. Very rude, no manners, didn’t look T you in the eyes. Ice machines did not work on our floor and went to another floor, still didn’t work. Location was great, breakfast option as well and pool .
