"The property was beautiful. I’ve stayed there several time throughout the last 10 years and loved the improvements and additions. Thank you specifically for having adult only areas. A few things to make it even better… the check in process was kind of messy. Lots of guests piled up and looking annoyed. I had an old man aggressively shove man shoulder when it was my turn to walk to the counter because he thought I wasn’t paying attention. Then staff member who “helped me” accused me of cutting in line. It was really tense and weird after making the journey there. I confronted her about it and she did apologize but it left a bad first impression. The wristbands could use an upgrade too. Something nicer if everyone had to wear them nonstop. "

"Enjoyed my two night stay, 3 day snowboard trip. Good location away from the I70 zoo.BV is a nice town,with lots todo. Hotel is a little dated but well maintained. Hot tub and pool area are clean and useable. Rooms could use some more lighting. Bathroom shower curtain leaked water on bathroom floor where a door should have been. Breakfast was descent, staff was awesome! Will be returning. "
