Visit started off quite awful. The second we checked into our room, I noticed the toilet was already clogged. We immediately called the front desk and they sent someone over right away who handed us a plunger. Honestly, it was disgusting and vile. At a resort like this, I reasonably expect to NOT have to plunge another guests bowel movements. We weren’t even offered another room. Upon checking out, I mentioned this to the front desk and all we got was a “sorry.” Otherwise, facilities were decent.. wish the creek had stairs going down because it’s really dangerous and slippery to get in. Also, would be nice to have lockers in the adult pool / spa area. Breakfast was tasty as well and bartender was really friendly.

The spas are very relaxing. All the pools are clean. The towels provided for the various pools are large and good quality. The staff is pleasant and helpful. I took a mobility class in the relaxation pool. The instructor, Cody, is very good.

The cliff side rooms are very ruff! Even with the view it was not as expected. But they let use change to creek side condo and the room conditions were amazing. We loved our room and kitchen amenities. The location was perfect to walk to the pools and river. The room was clean and the staff was wonderful throughout the resort. We will be back with our friends next year.
