We loved our 7 day stay here. Beach is right across the street and clean, food was delicious and had many options - if you don’t like spicy foods it may not be for you. People were friendly, they let us check in early. When we had issues with the ac system, someone came up within minutes to fix it. It’s not like the big resorts, but we were looking for a calmer quieter vibe and got exactly that. We will definitely be back.

I liked the beach and the attentiveness of the staff. The food was mediocre and recycled. The liquor was beyond the bottom shelf. Just horrible! The floors are constantly slippery. Marble is cool but dangerous. I hope things change, there is a subtle charm to this place, like in Gone with the wind!

Gettingvtowels and wash clothes daily were awful. 2 days no towels or waah cloths. 1 day dropped off laundry told tonpick up wvening. Wasnt even started sonhave to take back again. Towel and luandry service very bad. Wvery thing else nice. Songreedy with towels. I use 2 one body 1 head. He uses 1 could only get 2 it was awful. Grounds were good.

I liked the location to the airport and car rental. The staff was great and the buffet was delicious. We enjoyed the pool area and the bar staff. My only complaint was the furniture. All 3 drawers were hanging out and would not fit in the slots. I thought they would fall out and break so I contacted staff to move to another room but mtce came while I was asleep so I’ll see what happens when I go back in a few days.

Roaches in the towels, mold & mildew, and food was terrible. Had room changed twice. Front desk was very rude. I was lied to after I spoke to a manager to try and resolve the issues. I will be posting pictures.
