Rooms were nice and big. Beds comfortable. Food selection was great. Floor in room became very slippery when wet. Although the separate shower, toilet, and sinks was nice there is no privacy. Disappointed that there wasn't nightly entertainment besides parties. I was surprised how much tipping was pushed. We always tip at the resorts even though tipping is "included" At this resort the staff at the food and bar areas put out baskets and jars out on the counters. The most frustrating thing of all was the service wasn't that great at the tables and when you did tip it wasn't even appreciated. The transportation staff was a litte rude. My husband tipped the shuttle driver and he didn't even thank him. Also the buffet has a dress code. Access was denied when a girl's outfit was a little revealing, one man wasn't allowed in with water shoes, and my husband wasn't allowed in with a towell drapped on his shoulder and we just wanted ice cream. Loosen up. People are on vacation.

For all entertainment we had to go to RIU REGGAE AND RIU MONTEGO BAY, which was daily. It Would have been nice have covered access to both. We went to Dunns River and paid $40.00 for all the prints taken of us plus a video. Each digital photo on this resort is $20.00 that could change its digital!!! Aside from these two issues I had a phenomenal time at the resort. From our housekeeper Sam to the breakfast crew, Dr. Phil, Jamar ( the birthday singers) and others. The dining room crew with our favorite girl Nafi and the birthday singers. My brother and his family flew in from England to celebrate his 60th birthday and everyone had a ball. Thank you we shall return!
