For the price that you pay to stay at this resort, in my opinion it wasnt worth it. I paid for privilege and there wasnt a huge difference besides having a butler, in which I still book my own reservations on their app The food was a hit or miss which is to be expected. I recommend the Blue Moon since it was the best in my opinion. The resort upkeep needs to be attended to. Was locked out of my room for 30 minutes due to the battery on my room needing to be replaced. This also happened to another couple in my group. Walked out of the room to a gentleman painting my door which i wouldve appreciated a heads-up prior so that I didnt touch anything since there were no wet paint signs posted. The lobby bar needs to be cleaned properly, there was a smell and stickiness which attracted gnats. All in all I wouldn't stay there again but I made the best of my vacation. If you go off the resort try Lindsay's restaurant. Its about 10 minutes away and the food is amazing!!!!!!

The property was very clean and well kept. Every staff member I encountered was extremely nice and helpful, Shout out to Amanda who was super cool, friendly and always brought the energy . Lots of activities and things to do everyday. I felt very safe on the resort because they keep track of all guests and drivers leaving and coming. I would definitely return!

Ocean Eden Bay is a very nice, safe and fun resort. It has a lot of dining options and things to do for families and couples. The check-in process wasn’t the best but the realest of the stay was great. My 4 friends and I had a TIME and we would definitely go back again. Great vibes, 1 Love

A lot issues with rooms. Only one lock at the doors. Didn’t feel safe at night. Also, drinks are so bad. Food is average. I would recommend the steak house, Tanika was the best server of this place. And red snipper. The beach had way to many rocks and hurt my feet so many times!

I stayed here for 4 days and had a wonderful time. Everything was top tier and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Plenty of delicious restaurants to eat at and the food was amazing. Definitely recommend and I can’t wait to come back!

Had roof top hot tub I paid extra for that never got fixed, two times in 4 days my room service got lost, mini bar barely got refilled even after calling, manager made it clear he didn’t care.

I love how the workers took pride in taking care of the property and their guest. They were really helpful and very nice. The food was amazing, but my husband wanted more varieties of alcohol such as Hennesey, crown, Martel, Grey Goose. We do understand that it's about the Rum there, but the other bars that were not premier could have had those as a choice for people who are not really Rum drinkers. Our refrigerator in our room wasn't working that well, but we weren't too worried about that. The only thing that we didn't like was that whoever cleaned our room that second day took four of my husband's black and miles cigars. Next time they will go in the safe with our other valuables. (Not that they are valuable, but they were his and should not have been touched) Other than that this place is beautiful, and we enjoyed our stay. Oh btw, the hibachi restaurant stays booked, so try to book your dinner reservations early!
