A lot of different and Great amenities but the guest service was terrible. Watch out for angry, mean-looking staff 😂. Literally, everyone looked pissed off! Get ready to wait over 2 hours for guest services (especially housekeeping). The restaurant's staff were ridiculously rude. I think it’s because we didn’t give tips at the restaurants, but I intended to do so at the end of my trip. There are 2 buffet restaurants however, in the one called Negril, the evening waitress acts like u need reservations or need to give a tip before being seated!

I go away a few times a year. I really enjoyed my stay here. Even though it is not an adult only property it does have an adult pool and beach. Wish they had more adult shows at night. It was more geared for kids
