I booked my trip two days before we left as a gift for my 8-year-old. Our Villa was right next to the kids water park. She loved it. It was clean and we loved all the pools. The beach was perfect too. Omar and Camile at the buffet were amazing. Always making sure if we needed anything. Eunice the crepe Lady in morning was an absolute sweetheart. We booked everything through Expedia and had Sydney Smith as our driver to the airport when we left with Destination Services. He was ready to the minute I checked out, really courteous, and a great driver.

We were there the week before the hurricane. The food in the buffet was inedible on more than one occasion. The room service was extra and we were unable to eat it. My chicken quesadillas was basically onion and cheese. My husband got a Greek salad and it had ONE piece of lettuce. The only restaurant that we enjoyed was the Mexican one. The rest were not so great. The steak house served our steak blue rare when it was supposed to be medium rare. The chicken parmigiana at the Italian restaurant made me gag. I couldn’t eat it at all. The one thing that was great was the bartender outside the steakhouse. Charlene was amazing and she was so bubbly and welcoming. We even went back to see her just because she was so sweet. We had reservations at the seafood Poseidon but were unable to make it because of the tram. We were told to wait outside our building and they would pick us up. We saw six go by and none stopped. We walked up to the main building to see if we could get one there. We waited for 20 minutes and none came so we missed the reservation completely. Both my husband and I ended up with a rash that our Dr said was from bacteria in the pool. Needless to say our experience was not so good. Our concierge, Tiana, did try to make everything right and she was very sweet as well. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer person to take care of us. She was amazing. The resort was just not what we had expected.

The pool was dirty on one side where the waterfall was . The women staff members were very unfriendly . The men were very helpful to me and my husband . The concierge did not help us at all once he couldn’t sell us anything we didn’t heard from him at all the entire trip . Food was great . Room was beautiful . Swim up bar was great . Jerk hut and coconut hut was great . The beach was not great at all .

I enjoyed starting here so much. The staff was wonderful. The room was clean and had a lot of amenities. The Mobay buffet restaurant had fairly decent food. Only thing, I didn’t like is the pressure from getting me and my fiancé to purchase a vacation club membership. It wasted our entire morning with the presentation. However, we did enjoy the free massage after attending the presentation. I’d stay here, again.

Our refrigerator wasn't working for the first night and the A/C as well . And the room had a little odor in it. And the small towels it took them about 3 day's to give us the small towels. So i don't know if i would stay at this resort again. Yes its nice . Just the experience we had

This resort is a true 4 star i think. Some of the staff were less than friendly. Some of the restaurants were just ok. Resort itself is gorgeous with a huge amazing pool! No battle for sun loungers at all!

This property is ok at best. They cut corners with liquor (watered down). The fruit juices are no more than flavored water. Some of the staff was dishonest (try to take advantage of customers).
