Being just 45 minutes from Tehri Lake for thrilling water sports and the same distance from Kanatal for adventurous jeep safaris, this retreat is the perfect balance of relaxation and excitement. Our 4-day trip was so unforgettable that leaving felt bittersweet. We can't wait to return and relive this experience all over again. "This is a well maintained property with limited (8 rooms) capacity. Staff is very helpful and prompt in service. The surroundings of this property are serene and beautiful. It's peaceful in and around. The only improvement I think can be made in some common area development for residing guests (dining area and some recreational area) and food options in breakfast. I would rate in-house food 4/5. It has Amala Cafe nearby which also serves good food options. Auli cafe on the way from Chamba is also a good option."

"While we had an enjoyable holiday with the family, the hotel is lousy. The AC was not working and I have asked for a 50% refund for my room which they agreed to, although I doubt any will come back. There was water logging in the bathroom and one needs to switch on the geyser else you will not get hot water. Parking is also a nightmare. The options are limited so one has little choice but to accept sub standard service. Price is reasonable. "
