"It was a superlative stay with the people running it and working in it going above and beyond to make sure you are content and well looked after. Sourabh and Vijay in Front office were exceptional and most helpful. As was the lady whose name I did not catch. They looked after you like family. Only constructive feedback I can offer is that the hotel adds more items to the menu — especially Room Service. In a hotel where guests are captive to the restaurants offerings it makes sense to extend the menus and offer a more extensive selection of favorites. It helps guests to plan longer stays for the future as food is always an important component of any trip. This was an issue for me on this one as I very quickly ran out of things I wanted to order in room. Even a normal club sandwich and grilled sandwich which every hotel has in its RS menu was missing. "While we had an enjoyable holiday with the family, the hotel is lousy. The AC was not working and I have asked for a 50% refund for my room which they agreed to, although I doubt any will come back. There was water logging in the bathroom and one needs to switch on the geyser else you will not get hot water. Parking is also a nightmare. The options are limited so one has little choice but to accept sub standard service. Price is reasonable. "

While we went to get message in the hotel and did not lock the door to our room, someone from staff stole our wallet with credit card and money with personal Id card. Very disappointed Tanya is manager in duty. She is very nice got cctv and security to check room but did not find wallet so conclusion is staff stole it. She said to do fir file with police Very bad experience. NO RESPONSIBILITY TAKEN Sorry went to this place . Will have go many headaches to do stop payments while traveling in rest of India trip. Would have to do for process with police"
