The hotel is in a very nice and quiet neighbourhood although minutes from the central station. It has very good transport links. The breakfast was an actual rival to 5 star hotel with home- made quiches and tarts and many other options. My room was very clean comfortable and spacious, although had this glass wall to the bathroom which many hotels now do, the trend of which I do not understand. The fire alarm check went on for too long however, that nobody warned me about and I had to reschedule my online meeting. Ask about the scheduled check at the check-in is my advice.

Very friendly and helpful staff but the property is on the smaller side. The elevators are very small, the rooms are on the small side, and the shower was very small. Also, there were stains (or mildew?) on the grout in the bathroom. But, it's in a great location - near Milano Centrale and tons of restaurants and shops.

Absolutely amazing, perfect location easily accessible for transport and great restaurants around the area. Super clean and fun hotel, staff are exceptional, very welcoming and helpful. The room was perfect size, beds super comfy and had everything we needed. Breakfast was superb, so much variety and the coffee was delicious. Would absolutely recommend staying here and would be my go to if ever I revisit Milan.

The hotel is in a great location close to the main train station, taxi rank and metro station. There are a few good restaurants close by. We had booked a superior room but were disappointed. There were no dressing gowns and no soundproofing..we could hear the people in the room nextdoor talking whenever we were in the room i did eventually complain to reception who came and listened and said they would speak to them. We didnt get a peep out of them after. I feel there is a dramaitc difference in some of the superior rooms...some are large with modern decor whilst others are dated and dont really come into a superior category. I feel there should be a divide in those rooms as they are certainly not equivalent. Breakfast was good and the staff were helpful and attentive

Great stay for a night

My room was very comfortable and there was great hot water in the shower. Really happy with this hotel. Only peculiarity is their key. It has a really heavy weight on it so it was hard to carry around. I left it at the front desk every time I went out. No big deal but a tad bit unusual.

All around a good hotel!

This hotel is in a good location near the train station. The hotel is good, the staff are friendly, the rooms are clean. The breakfast is really good and worth the extra charge. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel in a great location. One of the nicer hotels I’ve stayed at in Milan for the price. Nicely appointed rooms and very good breakfast buffet. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.
