The hotel was perfectly located in a safe area walkable to nice restaurants. Parking should not be an extra charge, however. Rooms were adequate in space, very clean, and had nice furnishings and beds. I appreciated the refrigerator and microwave as well. Having to use your room key to operate the elevators ensured safety.

Disappointed in this hotel, we arrived about 20 minutes early and the room was not ready, which is fine except we waited over 2 hours for the room to be cleaned. There were multiple people checking in an no one had a room ready. Check in is at 3 it was almost 5 when we got our room. The staff was rude, the pool was under renovation and closed, which we were not informed of ahead of time. We were told they upgraded our room because of the delay and given a free bottle of water and bath robes, the bottle of water was a 12 ounce bottle, there were 2 of us there, and no robes in the room at all. And the beds were very uncomfortable.

Parking was too expensive $40 on site and there is no street entrance to hotel. You are forced to park in the lot. You have to park and drag your suitcases through the parking lot to a different floor for check in. Not really convenient
