"The house was awesome. There was a total of 10 people and plenty of sleeping space for matter of fact there were beds that didn’t get used. The pool was wonderful clean. There were plenty of kids beach and pool toys a beach wagon and umbrellas. We couldn’t ask for anything better. And to top it off our flight left late and Alan I accommodated us for check out. This was our 2nd year staying in one of Alan’s houses and we’ll be back next year "

"The location was great. Very clean property. Loved the fact it had all the necessities. Out of habit I bought extra items but they were not necessary. Had everything that was needed to enjoy the beach. Loved the quietness of the location and its easy access to other beaches, stores, and restaurants. Will definitely keep this place on our list for future travel."

"What a great spot to stay at IRB! Debbie was very responsive to any questions I had. The property was clean and was appropriately equipped for a family stay at the beach. We didn't get to utilize the pool, but it looked well maintained. The small cabanas by the pool were great to sit at for a meal to each with a great view of the beach, especially in the evening when the temperature is cooler. It was convenient to many of the local restaurants and shops as well. My only negative review is the washer--maybe need to have major cleaning of it as it looked like there was mold by the door."
