The shower valve doesn’t work properly and the hot water isn’t really hot more like luke warm very poor quality bathroom and not maintained.

We stayed one night to take a cruise out of the port of Miami the next day and the A/C in our room wasn’t working on a 90 degree night. We called and maintenance was unable to fix the A/C. Needless to say our vacation got off to a rough start. I don’t think I’m alone in saying I don’t sleep well when I’m hot and sweaty. On top of that we were unaware of the terrible parking situation. They have valet for $50/night or a parking garage a couple blocks away for $20/night with no in and out access. You can find a better place to stay than this place. Good luck if you book here.

Very rude front desk staff specailly in training hervy and his female trainer who dont have a name badge on.. make sure bring your cleaning items and cup they dont housekeeping and cup after 8 pm according to them 2 front desk staff..

My friend's stay (which I booked) at the Comfort Inn & Suites Downtown Brickell - Port of Miami was fantastic. The location couldn't be better—right in the heart of downtown Miami and close to Brickell. It made exploring the city, dining, and shopping super convenient. The proximity to the Port of Miami was also a huge plus, especially for anyone planning to embark on a cruise.
The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay, making my friend feel right at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the essentials needed for a pleasant stay. The bed was especially comfy, and appreciated the quiet atmosphere, ensuring a good night's sleep.
The complimentary breakfast each morning was a nice touch, offering a variety of options to start the day right. The fitness center and pool were well-maintained and a great addition to the overall experience.
