"Property is clean and in a nice quiet area near the University of Memphis. Staff is friendly and helpful. It is not within walking distance of any restaurants but they do have their own restaurant available for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Will definitely stay there again."

"This property was perfect for a 5 day stay for some co-workers and I. From the moment we booked, the communication was great. The home looked like the pictures. Although I was sad the air didn't work on the air hockey machine in the gaming area. The house was close to grocery stores and everything we needed. We were excited everyday to come back to the house and relax after long days at the conference. Because this is an annual conference, we will definitely be staying here again... To add, we needed to extend for a day at the last minute and because communication was so good, it was a seemless process... "

"We enjoyed our stay and this location was the perfect spring board for seeing Memphis sights. There was plenty of room for everyone and the house is decorated so nice. It was clean and comfortable. One tip, there were plenty of utensils, etc, but the pots and pans had seen better days. If you have specific cooking needs, factor that in to what you bring. The host actually had toilet paper and trash-bags available, this was a pleasant plus!"
