When checking in, the girl came in from outside where she had been smoking a joint as i passed her. Then she had to leave during check in to make sure we had a room. We finally got.in a room and the toilet seat was broken, and the ceiling was falling down. Also there was a wasp nest right next to the door. I immediately tried calling the front desk but the phone did not work. I sent my brother first thing in the morning and to advise them of the issues. They advised they would fix them. No one ever did. Also during my stay we were out of water for several hours. The staff were very rude and nasty.

The staff were cold, unresponsive, and unwilling to accommodate disabilities. Upon arriving, we were told there was no room, then there was a room, but it was on the second floor. This property has NO ELEVATORS. When we asked for a 1st floor room, we were told there was none available. As Floridians, fleeing the devastation from hurricane Helene and impending Milton, we didn't have much choice in the matter. When we finally entered the room, we noticed the toilet seat was broken, the ceiling was peeling/crumbling above the beds and the smoke detectors were ripped out of the wall. The following morning, standing outside our room, directly above our window was a mature hornets nest, with more than 50 hornets crawling and flying around. I immediately reported it to the front desk and they assured us their maintenance guy would "spray them". 4 days later, they were still buzzing. The 2nd day we were there, they water was shut off from 10am - 3pm. I asked if there could be a discount applied for not having this necessity for a major portion of our day, i was assured they would compensate us. That discount was never applied. Overall, my family was looking for solace in Memphis after our world was turned upside down, and our experience was far from comforting.

This property is not the best place to stay. It is in a high crime rate area. People doing drugs on property and next door. They never addressed any problems brought up to them. We were without water one day from 11 to 3 pm. They were going to prorate the riom, but then would not. The ceiling was falling. Would not recommend. Unfortunately I stayed because I am a diabetic and I got sick the first night i was there and wasn't well enough to leave for 2 days.

Well when we arrived the room they gave us wasn't cleaned by housekeeper so they had to give us another room .other than that everything was good

booked weeks early, explained my husband is handicapped, needed first floor, received email saying they could accommodate this, got there and they put us on second floor. first room, ceiling was leaking- huge puddle on floor. second room cockroaches. photos show bugs and the crappy stairs (the railings were soaking wet too) my handicapped husband was forced to climb even though they promised us a room on the first floor.
