Good budget hotel right in the CBD with many bars and restaurants nearby. Small room but equiped with TV, mini fridge, kettle, and even microwave, comfortable bed, good water pressure in the shower. A bit dark during the day but perfect if you just need a place to sleep. Very polite staff, was able to check in before 3 pm.

Room 305 had everything I needed and was clean and comfortable. Extremely convenient location if you’re relying on public transport. Staff are available 24x7 and helpful. Anything you need just ask. Road traffic, helicopters, airplanes and heavy nearby construction at all hours and roudy drunks outdoors made sleep scarce.

Was ok for the 1night that I spent.although it was affordable the rooms require a bit of an update the blind was discoloured and gross looking.the tv in the room had a faulty screen where one corner was dark and you could not see anything in that corner when the tv was on.few dodgy switches and the pillows were too soft and flat resulting in a neck pain as there was only 2 on the bed and no extra one available in the room.

The location is great and value for money is good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Note: this is an old, unrenovated city hotel. Don't expect too much. If you want to be picky and complain, then don't come! Many things need upgrading, but, then the price will go up too. We found nowhere else at this budget hotel price.
