I booked 2 suites for 3 people each. There was nothing obvious which stated that there was to a an extra charge for a roll out bed for the 3rd person in each room. When checking in, I asked if the roll out bed was in the room - reception said they would check (no mention of a charge). When the bags were brought to our room I asked again about the beds and they said they would check (no mention of a charge). When we went out to dinner I asked reception again (no mention of a charge). When we returned at 11pm one room had a bed and when I called about the other, I had to go to reception. They then said there was an extra charge for each room. The charge itself isn't the issue however it is misleading to advertise a room for 3 people and then not have accomodation for 3 without an extra charge. When I stated this it said it was on the website - I had a look at it was not obviously stated in the terms for that room. Apparently their assumption is that 3 adults would share the same bed....
