No complaints, I'd stay here again when visiting Melbourne. Staff was pleasant and helpful, room was clean and comfortable. Right across from the tram station (and riding the tram is free throughout the central business district).

We had a good stay, was very convenient to what we had on in the city.Parking was $32 at the district west carpark overnight.It was a 2min walk to the hotel. Was a very safe quiet area. District Docklands shopping centre was right across the rd.Very convenient. We had a corner king room, bed was comfortable, our room was very hot on the 14th floor, we couldnt work out the climate control,so just turned it off. Overall our stay was fine Was great to also have a bath to soak in.

Disappointing but staff great.
Staff were wonderful, very personable, genuine & positive. Room was a bit dated, stuffy though. Room service food was very disappointing & quite awful though. For the prices ($35-50 for mains) the room service chicken was white pale, tasteless & inedible. The breakfast at $25 p/p was appalling, very few options, not well cooked & really disappointing. We ordered Uber eats the 2nd night. Don’t think we’d go back.

We really loved our stay at the vibe hotel in Docklands, it was so close to all the shops and access to trams that go into the cbd. Parking nearby and plenty of dining options.
