Customer service is dreadful. Heard them lying on the phone then tell the other staff member that they think the customer brought the lie. I had also sent a request through about my booking before the date and they ignored it completely as if i never sent the email.

Very nice property, wonderfully comfy bed, large bright and airy room with gorgeous views, close to the city and so convenient with a tram stop 2 mins walk away. I will definitely stay here again!

4 nights at The Kinson
Room was clean and good size. Bed was very comfotable. The check-in was fast. There is no room service, but there are 3 very good restaurants nearby. One Italian restaurant was at the ground floor of the hotel and do take out. The 2nd one is SouthBAR at the corner of the street and 3rd restaurant is at Queen lane. There are also Subway and Mcdonalds 2 minutes walk.

Really nice room, the beds are crazy big and comfy! Easy to get the tram into the city. Really nice view from the balcony! TV was a bit dodgy but you could get some things.

Excellent new rooms, with kitchenette and nice bathroom. Bed was comfy and room was quiet overnight. Parking was on site although extra cost. Tram stop right down the end of the street, only 2 minute walk.
