Capturing expansive vistas across the Mornington Peninsula, this home combines character features with space and light. It features full-length glass windows that create an ever-changing backdrop from sunrise to sunset.

The living and dining area caters to all seasons. From cosy nights in front of the fireplace to alfresco dining on the balcony, taking in the crisp coastal air. There’s a large, fully equipped kitchen as well as a BBQ to prepare meals at home, and multiple dining spaces including the breakfast bar. A sitting area offers an idyllic nook to unwind with a book, and there are also plush sofas and a smart TV. Air-conditioning, heating and ceiling fans keep things comfortable all year round.

Each of the three bedrooms is well presented for a good night’s sleep. The primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed, with a walk-in wardrobe and direct access to the main bathroom. The second bedroom also comes with a queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom offers two sets of bunk beds, ideal for those travelling with kids. Both a corner bathtub and shower make it easy to refresh after the surf, while laundry facilities and a separate powder room add to your everyday convenience.
