No front desk person. Id requested an early check in and this didn't happen. Nobody answered the phone. Dirty washing was left in the machine and the dishwasher smelt.
I will never ever recommend any one to stay this hotel. It is a terrible unsafe experience. Hotel manager never responded our numerous urgent text messages and calls. We stayed for four days and three nights. Digital key lock and elevator did not work for two days. It is a short four-day vacation and we spent numerous hours for resolving digital key and elevator issues. It is very stressful.
Great location and well appointed.
Couldn't get lift access to the rooftop. A very loud HVAC system would switch on and off randomly in the closet area off the bedroom. TVs need to be individually named its hard to Chromecast to the right one. Shower grate needed a clean out, the shower kept overflowing.
Beautiful property with amazing views from the rooftop area of the city.
The carpark was a bit tight to get in and out of.
Communication was excellent.
Would stay here again!

Was worried about the web key after reading some reviews, I struggled for almost 10 mins due to unstable data connection. After logging on to the apartment wifi, I have no problem from then on. We have really enjoyed our stay, so comfortable that I actually look forward to coming back every day. 2 mins walk to the train station which can bring me to city center in 20 mins. Will definitely stay again if I visit Melbourne.
It was a disaster! Room not ready at 2pm because toilet seat was being fixed, had to ring helpline and be on hold for ages. Then having to download an app that was so glitched I couldn’t set a password and got stuck in the lift. The Bluetooth key was glitched and had to ring support and eventually got help from someone working there who was lovely BUT we felt worried about getting in and out of the room and lift and the toilet seat was still broken. We ended up leaving by 7.30pm and not staying. Way too much stress and the access to the apartment being delayed and inaccessible and unreliable was terrible. I wasted my money and would like a refund.
It is a well priced, beautifully designed modern property in a location convenient to travelling via train.
The small downsides would be road and train noise at early morning, also signage to other areas within the building when on the ground floor eg rooftop/bin room is lacking.
Relying solely on a digital key system is a bit worrisome, a back up physical key card could be convenient also.
Stayed for one night mid week. Electronic access to everything was new to us. Didn't realise there was a seperate elevator for guests vs tennants. Room was excellent. Well appointed. Easy access. Clean. Bed was hard as a rock and train noise heard from 5am till midnight. Overall good stay.

Even though the bed was rather too firm for my taste, it was a relaxing stay, in an area packed with cafes. Very clean with a nice bathroom. I liked the little garden on the balcony. It was surprisingly quiet for somewhere so close to the train station. Overall, very convenient to my needs, and I would stay here again.

Nice apartment with plenty of room and all the appliances necessary. Only issue we found was that the main bedroom door squeaked which was very annoying. And the door cannot open wide enough for easy access / egress in the main bedroom because the bed is too long or the room is too small. Otherwise enjoyed the stay.
Negative; It's right next door to the train station so you hear the trains and warnings lights all night long and early morning. Also construction building site across the road making noise all day long from Mon- Sat. Even though l went out each day the noise started really early. No need to set an alarm clock! The virtual key was annoying so l had to ask for a physical key. Positive; close to restaurants, shops and transport. The place was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. However, l wouldn't stay there again due to the negatives mentioned.
