Bed mattress needed replacement. We kept rolling into each other in the middle of the bed. Breakfast was good value but coffee machines in restaurants are awfully inadequate.

I like the location of the hotel and how close is to transport and shopping Centers. I was also positively surprised how clean is the place and how professional and friendly are the staff. The only thing I hoped it will be better or more variety is the breakfast buffet.

Such great value for money for a 2 bedroom apartment, very close to a tram station, large park with a playground a short walk away for kids. Blinds which did a great job of blocking out the light, comfortable beds and the staff were very friendly and accomodating. Perfect! Look forward to staying next time we are in Melbourne.

Great service and everything, very clean room. Only thing i could say would be to have some more options available at breakfast buffet. Other than than i would highly recommend staying at the pegasus due to its prime location in Melbourne CBD and great value for the price.

I stay in hotels frequently and I'm not sure why I hadn't tried this hotel previously as I am extremely impressed with everything about this place. The staff are super friendly and professional, the lobby is gorgeous, the location is great and the lifts are fast without wait times. The rooms are gorgeous and well stocked, very clean, not one spot of mold in shower (very rare in my experience) the rooms are modern and there is many little touches that make your stay more pleasant. The milk in the fridge is a decent size (not those tiny little cups that you need 6 of for your cup of tea) bathroom extras even include a shaving kit. A gorgeous teapot was available to make tea. The beside lamps were touch lamps so no fiddling around trying to switch the light on in the middle of the night. The TV is modern and a smart TV (you'd be surprised how often I come across old tvs with only local channels available and no casting) The pool area is clean and warm (had a winter visit) with a lively spa. Every aspect of this hotel has been thought out to provide comfort and class. I will most definitely be reopening to this hotel. Thank you to the staff and management for providing me with an excellent stay.

Pegasus ApartHotel suited us very well for our stay. Bedroom, bathroom, linens were clean and comfortable. Room was spacious enough to have a small sitting couch and a small dining table. The kitchenette was very useful and well kitted out - plenty of utensils, cooking equipment, and even a fire extiguisher! Location was fantastic, close to many shops, eateries, supermarkets, Queen Vic market, and Flagstaff Gardens. Easy access to several tram lines to go around CBD area, if feeling lazy to walk. Check-in and check-out process was hassle-free, and there is temporary luggage storage for a few hours until the room is ready or when ready to head off. Entry to heated pool, laundry all via personal cardkey registered to guest, reasonably safe and well thought out process. Fantastic stay, super convenient. Will be happy to stay here again.
