Had a fantastic stay at Pan Pacific. Upon arrival around 1pm we not only had access to our room but were upgraded to a two bedroom suite on the top floor! The convenience of value parking alone was worth it. What I was most impressed with was although we had a late check out we opted to check out at earlier 11:15am to shop at DFO. Our bags were left with the concierge and upon returning 2 hours later to leave were told the bags were now in my vehicle out the front! Super impressed the staff were so efficient and organised. Our only disappointment albeit quite minor was the limitations on the night owl menu. We found the options quite limiting. An option for a toasted sandwich ie cheese or cheese/ham would meet a lot of people's brief after 10pm at night but nothing of that nature was available. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the venue to family and friends. The staff were professional, friendly and efficient. Well done Pan Pacific and Thank You!! We will be back.
