Hotel was easy to find with Google maps. Room was clean. Tiles in bathroom were chipped, giving the appearance that they were dirty. Room had a tiny poky kitchen. No view. Bed was comfortable but pillows were not so great. Didn’t hear any outside noise during the night. Room heater worked great on a freezing Melbourne night. Having to pay extra for a ‘barista made coffee’ at breakfast, on top of the buffet fee was a bit steep.

Hotel was very handy to Southbank entertainment district. Short walk to St Kilda Road trams annd Flinders Street station. Apartment was neat and tidy but bathroom very tired, chipped tiles, shower not very powerful. Not great TV reception. Breakfast in the restaurant was good and reasonably priced. Overall would stay again purely for convenience factor.

Staff were really nice and very helpful. Bathroom needs an upgrade. Shower in the bath, found it difficult to get in and out. Black marks. Breakfast - eggs and bacon need to be cooked better. The room was comfortable and spacious for the 4 of us. Overall, we were happy.
