While the Aspire complex is fabulous, the apartment itself was deficient. The bathrooms had not been well cleaned and one of the glasses in the kitchen was dirty. Limited quantities of cheap powdered coffee, tea, etc were provided - nowhere near enough for all days of our stay and not what we expected foe high end accommodation such as this.
During our stay the temps were high - into the 30s - and we quickly found out that the airconditioner did not work. While the management company provided standing fans they were delivered late in the day and only one of the two provided worked. They only served to create air movement, not to actually cool the space. We were told that nobody was available to come and look at the airconditioner, even though we alerted the management company to the problem at 8 am on a weekday. This made for an uncomfortable stay and poor sleep for two of our three nights. Other options were offered but these would have seen our family separated over multiple rooms or moved.
The property management has outsourced its key collection service to key ninja. This meant we were subject to overly persistent communication regarding our proposed check out time. Not what we needed while trying to enjoy a holiday free from time constraints.
This experience contrasted starkly with our previous stay at another apartment in tbe complex, which we could not rate highly enough.
Overall the owners of this unit should reconsider the management company they have engaged.
