The staff were very helpful & pleasant, however the photographs on Expedia did not portray the room properly. The room was very small, there was little space to open a case, and there was no proper bathroom. There was actually a shower cubicle built into the bedroom rather than into a bathroom. There was a wash basin, but again it was in the bedroom. Agreed it was advertised as a budget hotel, but this was not what we expected or what was portrayed in the advertisement. We expected better from Ibis.

Whilst the bed was comfortable and clean, the room is tiny and need to squish around end of bed to get out, bed too big for room. This property really needs a good overhaul. Great location, and price reasonably for the location, i can see why it was cheaper than the others. Luckily we were only there to sleep and shower, as the room was small and claustrophobic.

The room 303 was run down, bedding was clean. And kitchenette facilities were ok. But the shower and sink have not been cleaned properly, had pink and black mold. The staff were amazing and polite. Nice and close to everything cbd and public transport. Was nice and cheap to stay at.

Extremely poor and shabby property. Staff unhelpful and unfriendly, poor level of English. Really shocked as I stay in Ibis properties very frequently on business as well as pleasure and always enjoy my stays, hence why I booked this. By far one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. I booked 2 rooms, one for me and one for my son. The only saving grace was the location which was perfect for us. This property is a disgrace and a poor representative of your brand.
