The building is under construction and part of it is residential living and a drs office the pool wasn’t open due to construction and the noise was beyond a joke. If I knew this I would have stayed elsewhere

It’s an old building , even though the rooms are Nice inside the noise is too much You can hear everything You cannot get a great nights rest because you hear everything on the street and the rooms around Also note that anyone can access any floor From the lift Any random could walk in off the street and access the lifts Just something to keep in mind if safety is a concern in your travelling alone etc

Difficult to enjoy a construction zone. Excessive noise during the day. Staff tried hard to keep guests informed and happy but they were up against a major refurbishment. Would have helped to prepare guests prior to arriving..ie at booking time. Felt cheated. Room was superb and I loved the bath products.
