We were very happy with the hotel condition. Bed was comfortable. Room very clean and spacious. Location is ideal. Check in staff efficient, friendly and warm. Breakfast so so however staff very courteous and helpful. Laundry facility was a bonus. $2 a wash with free washing powder and another $2 for drying, cant ask for better.

Stayed at Holiday Inn  Express  Little Collins in Melbourne and had a very pleasant experience! The hotel is right in the heart of the city, just a short walk from the train station and plenty of restaurants and cafés. Its modern design and clean rooms made for a comfortable base. I appreciated the included breakfast each morning, which added good value to the stay. The staff at reception were welcoming and helpful throughout — made check-in and check-out very smooth. The city view from the room is just breathtaking!! Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Melbourne!

I was really impressed with the Hotel. It was very clean overall, and the lounge/bar area was comfortable to sit in. The breakfast select was great, however runny scrambled eggs is a disappointment.

Modern and clean room although toilet and shower is small, room is complete with fridge, kettle, table/desk. Buffet breakfast was included and parking was included plus late check out was complimentary.Good value for money. Hotels around the area cost twice with no breakfast or parking.

Convenient location. Room was standard cleanliness. Not a fan of the bathroom design, frosted glass panel so it means if you're sharing the room the light will shine the entire room. Breakfast is included and they have a sign to say you can have bread, fruits to go but dont reception doesnt offer anything to hold it. A doggy bag could literally provide sufficient space without overloading. The staff looked like i was stealing when i had my own container which fit 4 mini muffins. Luggage store felt unsafe as i was trusted to walk in and store/retrieve the luggage myself without staff or verifications that i got the correct luggage.

Modern clean hotel in great quiet location within walking distance to shops and public transport Our stay was overall pretty good Good breakfast included in accomodation price Our room was not serviced the first night so that was disappointing but clean towels were provided when requested We ate in the restaurant the first night and ordered chicken parmigiana which came out with no tomato sauce only grilled cheese on top and no fries - menu said served with fries but we were told that was not the case. However 15 minutes after getting main the waitress bought out a bowl of chips. Was a bit late by then The hotel,was very busy but overall stay was good and we would consider staying again

The property was fairly ok. However the beds were awful. Plastic beds. Uncomfortable. Made you sweat even though it wasn’t hot because you were sleeping on plastic! Gross! Pillows were awful also. Wouldn’t stay again purely because of the beds. It’s no good staying somewhere if you can’t sleep comfortably no matter how cheap or affordable it is.
