Great location, friendly helpful staff. A few items in the room needed replacing and repairing, heating and cooling did not work in the room, remote needed replacing and iron needed servicing or replacing. Linen and bedding was clean and comfortable and the bathroom was very good.

The hotel is well located for the Southern Cross Station and football at Marvel Stadium. Short tram ride to centre of the city. The property is dated but comfortable with affordable eating in close proximity to the hotel.

This hotel has a great location to transit, restaurants and shopping. Very close to the river for a nice walk. The hotel is a bit stingy on towels, shampoo etc. had to keep asking for what we needed. Staff is very friendly and prompt.

The staff members are always friendly and helpful. Just, i was very disappointed about the room that i got this time. The bathroom was a bit mouldy, the bed side lamp was a bit bent, the carpet was a bit damaged, and the whole night i could hear people talking, walking above, below and outside the room. I actually paid for about $206 for the night .. i was just disappointed with the quality. However the hotel is close to many places and the staff members are always smiley, friendly and helpful.
