Up there with the worst Hotel I have stayed at, street light was beaming in the window. The noise is insane all you hear all night is over rooms slamming shut. Then not to mention a group of young people tailed behind a guest as they swiped their card in the front door and proceeded to run around the hotel banging doors and screaming out till about 2-3am.

First, I was given a small room without windows, which I did not book. After I had complained, they gave me a spacious room with a view. The bed and pillows were extremely confortable. The location is excellent: everything within walking distance. The heating/ac was hard to control so I was given a portable ac device. There was a coffee kettle in the room which I appreciate. However, there were no reading lamps.

As soon as I checked in I found out the bathroom faucet was loose. The wooden small door by the front door couldn’t lock. The room after the elevator floor has either go up or down 10 steps. It’s so inconvenient for people traveling with big suitcases.

The room made a great first impression—clean, tidy, and well-organised upon entry. Overall, it was comfortable, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The bathroom was generally fine, though it could benefit from some small repairs, a lid on the toilet seat, grout cleaned and replaced in the shower. The tea and coffee station could use a refresh as well; adding options like Milo or hot chocolate would be a thoughtful touch for guests who don’t drink tea or coffee, and a couple of complimentary water bottles would be appreciated. The biggest downside was the view, which was just a brick wall and a bit disappointing. The king beds were clean and comfortable, but it was clearly made up of two king singles that weren’t zipped together, so they separated quite easily. Overall, the stay was pleasant, but with a few updates, it could be much better. The staff were very friendly and helpful 👌
