Wonderful stay and lovely location at the top end of the CBD. The views were sensational and the staff were excellent. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a long stay. Would recommend this hotel.

Excellent location on top of the Sheraton building. Nice clean apartment with lovely views of the cbd and park lands. Staff are friendly and very helpful. I would recommend.

Disappointed due to poor maintenance & detail
Check-in process was difficult. Was advised prior to check-in that I'd receive information on the day if arrival and I didn't. Had to call the reception to find out how to check in. The room could have been very nice but was let down by poor maintenance and poor attention to detail. Eg dining chair was wonky, carpets were severely stained, balcony paint was flakey, not enough towels, obvious marks/damage on walls, leaking shower, non-working sink plug. Good location but that is probably all that's going for it.

Excellent Service from friendly staff. The apartment was on top of the Sheraton building in the Paris end of collins st. Perfectly located. The apartment was super clean and well equipped. i would definitely recommend.

Very disappointing place and terribly maintained. It was incredibly dirty when we arrived; the bathroom sink was blocked with so much hair it was disgusting. Mid term cleaning didn't happen (even though I had scheduled and even had email to confirm). Aircon only available in the living room, making the summer nights almost unbearable. Their website mentions cable TV in the unit, which is a lie. Only one key/fob is made available, which is horrible for someone travelling with family and working.

Apartment experience, great views of the city and New Year fireworks, especially in easterly and westerly positioned apartments, location for cricket at the MCG and proximity to central city are all excellent features. Pedantic but, frypan was unusable, TV sound was poor echoing off the wall behind, and the remote was barely functional. Items which in apartment preparation are easily overlooked.
