It is one of the most relaxing places we love to go And visit. They have updated everything and it is so beautiful. The staff is kind, respectful and help get you whatever you need. Brought back the breakfast buffet and it is so good. We have stayed 3 times and will stay again.

We had an amazing time at the Royal Lahaina. The staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed in a bungalow that was clean and quiet and the grounds couldn’t have been more pristine. Truly a special place on the most beautiful beach!

Our bungalow was great and people at the bar area were great too. However some workers at the front and pool area not so much, they also shut down the outer pool and bar which was one reason we got a bungalow next to it.They also don’t provide microwaves at all anymore and be ready for a $35 a day parking fee and a $40 a day hotel fee plus tax!

Stayed in ocean front bungalow and it was great! Only issue is the ceilings are paper thin. Can hear people walking upstairs amd thought they were elephants. Everything else was awesome!!

The view from our hotel room was great, you could see the mountains on one side and the beach on the other side. The hotel restaurant was delicious, we enjoyed everything we ate. The beach is easily accessible and you can rent snorkel gear, umbrellas, and etc. from the hotel. There are also 2 pools on the property. The hotel was only a few minutes from Whalers Village and 15 minutes from Napili Bay and Kapalua Beach. The parking was easy and you also have access to the Kaanapli trolley. The staff was very kinda and helpful.

We had a problem at check in because they claimed they overbooked the original rooms we had chosen. After discussing the issue, they put us in what was supposed to be an "upgraded suite" for the night. The suites, we were told were much more expensive but it felt like a complete downgrade. There were lots of issues with that room but we were only there for the night so we didn't say anything. The next day we got our new room and we were very happy for the rest of our stay. I appreciated the staff for hearing about our bad experiences and working something out to fix the problem. The rest of the staff (ie bell hop, front desk, pool staff, restaurant, etc.) were all so nice and helpful.

Except that it's pretty expensive and with additional resort fees (even if you have no intention to use anything extra, you're charged) and parking fees, it's a beautiful place. Chairs, lounges, umbrellas, etc. were in excellent shape. Clean place and as well as beach and location was great!

We loved the room view, and the property location was very convenient and close to the Wheeler Village. The pool was very clean and had a beautiful and memorable view of the ocean. Breakfast was very good. I must say the room conditions are old, and they need to replace some things like the toilet and bathroom because the room was humid and damp. Other than that, my wife and I had good memories during our stay. The staff was very kind and helpful.

We just regretfully left the Royal Lahaina as our lil wonderful vacation came to an end. We really enjoyed our stay! The grounds were beautiful, access to the beach was perfect. The breakfast was one of my favorite parts of the trip and saved us money as we’d be pretty full until dinner. The staff was very attentive and all very friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed their restaurant, we actually ended up eating there most nights. The only downside was when we walked in the room halls it had an odor and the room did as well. I think just because the property was a little older. Something we got used to pretty quickly. All in all, we are already trying to come back but with our whole family.
