Kid friendly. Clean hotel rooms, you even get the essentials if you want to purchase some groceries you know there will be appliances and cooking tools at your hotel to use. There is no bar in the hotel but if you are okay walking to the next door hotel for a drink then you are okay. As to food wise, its relatively good... not many options to a foodie. Most foods are good but they are all the same . Better to cook for yourself on the outside grill area next to the pools especially if you have kids. Overall the best hotel for parents.

People working here are so good - kind welcoming professional and thoughtful. They offered guidance when we needed and allowed to store our luggage on the day of departure. Property is very well located right on beach walk, wonderful sandy beaches, modern shopping center with some good restaurants to choose from. Having full kitchen was a huge plus as we were able to enjoy fresh local fruit every day here. We really enjoyed our peaceful stay here! Mahalo to everyone! Aloha

Amazing! We had 3 kids and two adults In a 3 bedroom condo. Each room had two doors to separate main living/kitchen area. Tons of privacy. Maid service was twice from Sunday-Sat. Pool was quiet. Loved the grills by pool. Super clean. You could also hire staff to cook your meal on grill for as little as a tip. Definitely will visit this condo again! Minutes from shopping and black rock

The 2 bedroom suite was perfectly sized for our 6 person family. The master suite was secluded enough to allow for privacy. The property is quite nice and close to shopping at Whaler's Village. The suite was set up well regarding utensils and kitchen supplies.

The Kaanapali Alii has so many positives: the employees were friendly and proactive to help, the property was close walking distance to Whalers Village (shopping and restaurants), the beach immediately out front had fun, small waves for boogie boarding, snorkeling, and the room was spacious and very clean.
