"Clean property with attentive and friendly staff. The proximity to downtown restaurants was perfect. The fact that there was an art fair on Sunday night was a bonus! The shuttle service to and from the Burbank airport was very convenient. Will definitely return when I’m in the area again."

"The hotel is a hidden gem. Definitely a good price for the location because it has free parking and shuttle to Universal’s studio unlike the Hilton next to the park which you have to pay for parking. The room (ie, king bed for two) was spacious especially the shower which had two shower heads, one being a rain shower head which was a nice bonus. And the staff were all very friendly and helpful. There is a nice rooftop desk nom the 2nd floor. You can sometime hear people above walking but it’s not too loud but it is an older building. It didn’t bother us. The shuttle driver was on time and so friendly. It’s saved us time and Monday parking at the studios. We’d return to this hotel if we come to Universal’s again. "

" This was my fourth stay. Whenever I visit family in Burbank I always stay here. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are lovely, spacious. There has been upgrading and remodeling done over the years. Continental breakfast had many good options. The facilities were all clean and well kept. Location is great!"
