Staff were super nice from the reception to the people working in the rooftop dining area. Room was nicely designed and scaled down to just what I needed with comfort, cleanliness and was quite, though I'm curious as to how someone over 6'-2" in height might feel about the bed. Breakfast was great too. I usually don't include breakfast with my hotel reservations in Spain and didn't realize I did but food selection with the rooftop setting was perfect. I overheard that it's 18 Euros if booked on the same day and only 12 if booked during check-in however it maybe less if booked during reservation. Either way I think it's worth the price.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The area was fantastic. We were 10 minutes from Atocha Train Station, minutes from Reina Sofia museum. 10 minutes from the Prado Museum and Retiro park. Lots of restaurants to choose from and in walking distance. Loved this place.

The Sleep N Atocha is a wonderful find! It was very nicely decorated with a cool vibe. The staff was wonderful and helpful. We loved the rooftop enclosed terrace. It is very conveniently located. Highly recommend!!

Great hotel!
This is an amazing hotel. I am a solo traveler and found the room a bit small but it was very clean and I enjoyed it. Very close to all places I wanted to visit so that is a plus. Service is great and the breakfast I had the last and only day I ate there was really good. I would definitely recommend this hotel..

Excelente servicio. Muy limpio y cuidado. Está ubicado muy cerca de todo. Lo único que es muy pequeño. Viaje sola y no fue muy malo pero es bien pequeñito. Aparte de eso el lugar es excelente!!!

The staff, both at reception and at breakfast were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very close to public transport including Atocha rail station. My one gripe is that you can noises from the corridors and other rooms, like someone dropping something on the floor etc. But i would be happy to stay here as a stopover if i were passing through Madrid and moving on the next day.

Yes, rooms are small but clean and interior room very quiet. For 1 night it was perfect. We sleep with white noise and the room is equipped with a Bluetooth speaker on the ceiling that we were able to connect to making our sleep even better. As a FYI - You are provided with body wash/shampoo and conditioner and hand wash. No lotion or dental kits. But no biggie. Shower water pressure perfect. We took a train from Seville to Atocha station and walked 10 mins to hotel. The hotel is located in a very central location. Lots or restaurants and shopping close by. Starbucks in front on hotel. Staff is super attentive. Took a cab from hotel to Barajas airport cost 33 euros.
