10 min walk from the train station going into london. 10 minute drive to luton airport. Enjoyed the stay - the hotel rooms were super comfortable, washrooms were very clean. Breakfast was great. Staff were very helpful. Ali and Kevin helped me book a taxi at 5am to the airport expediently.

There was no decaf. They offer free coffee and tea but I cannot drink any of it since it is all highly caffeinated. There is no food available after hours, no snacks, no vending machine, nothing at all. And no eating facilities nearby that I could see. Only on offer was a pizza delivery service, but I am not a fan of pizza, I believe it is highly overrated. The breakfast buffet was good, but again, no decaffeinated options available. Als, no non-dairy milk was provided, my wife is lactose intolerant.

Diamond in the rough
We booked this last minute as we were let down at another property. They were welcoming and provided great service. The room was clean and comfortable. The reception offered free hot beverages and breakfast was included

Room was good for the price. One of the Benefits of this hotel is it is directly linked to the mall. Plentiful shops and eateries are abundant. The only criticism I have is parking is limited and it gets a bit noisy outside after hours. This is not the hotel's fault because it is oitside. All in all I had a good experience and would definitely stay here again.

It was an overnight stay for airport connections The only thing is that they claim to offer a shuttle from the airport when it’s a bus service that the city offers for a fee and the station is not too close to the hotel so at night it was a bit strange

Had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Location was convenient and was fine for a 2 night stay! Even though there was a small fan in the room, it was still hot and could hear noises from outside throughout the night. No fault of the hotel as it is near the Town Centre so totally understandable. The breakfast was a great addition, great selection!

Very nice check in, the young woman was so kind and caring, room was super clean and quiet, breakfast was excellent with many choices, and the mall was right next door, steps away. Will stay again. Coffee is available all the time, and bus to London a short walk away.
