"I really enjoyed my stay. The front desk staff was very friendly. I arrived late because my flight was delayed but they patiently helped me check-in almost at 9:00 PM. The breakfast (which was included) was great. The only think I didn’t like was that I called the taxi service they recommended (gave card) and the person said they weren’t a taxi service. The area doesn’t have a Uber or public transportation readily accessible so, if you don’t rent a car or cannot drive, it will be very hard to move around the area. "

"The location was a plus!! the area, amenities, spaces and house supplies were fantastic, definitely very convenient and cozy, made us feel like home. I would have liked better and advanced communication to help me feel more comfortable and confident with the logistics of this educational group trip from work. it will be convenient to have email as well. double check if the customer received the instructions to check in. I was able to see them just right at the entrance. It will be a great relieve!~"

"We stayed here in November and were not disappointed. The room with soaking tub and a rain shower were absolutely beautiful! Staff was very nice and accommodating and and pool and beach are beautiful, well maintained and always clean. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and the meals at PRIME were outstanding. We had a great time. Thank you for taking such pride in your beautiful resort! "
