This was the worst all inclusive hotel I’ve ever stayed at. There is no room service. There is no pool waiter service. The staff is very rude and unfriendly. There is garbage left all over the property for days around the pools and restaurants. The room felt like a prison cell and the A/C didn’t work. When I asked the front desk to help with the air, they had no answers for me and wouldn’t help. There were very limited dining options and the food was disgusting. I felt VERY unsafe at this hotel! At checkout, they used the scissor to cut off my friend’s band and cut right through her skin. . and didn’t even care! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

My girlfriend and I stayed (5nights) at Sonesta Maho All Inclusive resort where we were not satisfied the resort has waterbugs(roaches) inside the hotel(we seen them on the casino area) and out in the main areas where guests eat and go for entrainment our bathroom sink water had a very funny smell ( was scared to brush our teeth or wash our face with it) so we used bottled water instead,we were turned back from multiple restaurants on the resort stating that our clothing wasn’t proper attire which we weren’t naked (keep that in mind on an island that is hot and humid) also the staff in the main dining buffet area was very rude and made it seem like it was bothersome to ask any type of questions,every night the power went out and the hotel generators had to kick in multiple nights we had to sleep without an air conditioner we had no access to the main pool because it is under construction and the one pool open was always crowded, we paid for a pool view room and got the view of the pool construction site and when asked to change rooms they told us none was available the only pro to our stay was the limited activities that they offer we took full advantage of those.

The staff were amazing. The only troubles we had was checking in. It took longer than scheduled. The food was also not the best. The only food we enjoyed was the breakfast.

Not the best- not the worst. Very limited dining options and one of our travelers is celiac and most resorts we have stayed have more options available that are gluten free. The food we did have was very good. Some staff were excellent, especially in the Italian restaurant. Other staff not friendly at all. Truly a 3 out of 5.

I would not come back here. People only come to this resort because of the cool photo that you can take of the plane flying over your heading and landing. There were only 2.5 restaurants and they served the dish every night. The buffet kept opening and closing, when they should have just stayed open the entire day. The entertainment was wack and there is no night club on the resort. We had to leave the resort to actually have fun. I also got food poisoning the first night I was there. Little to say, I will not be returning back to this establishment.

Didn’t like the lobby, shows at night were ok, and service around the pool was non existent- used to waiters/waitresses walking around to take your drink orders. No ATM in lobby??

There was no activity on this resort. I have traveled to many caribbean islands and this all inclusive resort did not have any shows. I was shocked especially given this was a kids friendly. I am hoping that management look at this for next time. The food options were not the greatest overall not a good experience and my family and I were very disappointed
