surprising find in that area of LA. Near spotless room (double queen), could see som wear and tear on the bathroom door (sliding door that doesn't shut completely for full privacy, the railing for the doornwas a bit rusted) and one of the dresser drawers didn't close didnt close all the way. but it was clean, smelled good, AND very cool coffee and water machines in the lobby. lots of nice touches oberall.

The hotel is as expected. The only negative point, in my opinion, is the parking fee. Considering that in that location it's impossible to find a place without renting a car.

Unhelpful, unfriendly, and unkind staff. Bed was clean but bathroom and overall room floor was disgusting. Room has the strangest set up I’ve ever encountered. Located in a horrible area, nothing nearby. $12 a day parking was the only decent thing they offer.
