The owners and management of this company are thieves. They will take money for reservations that were not fulfilled. They will lie they will do whatever they can do just like charging someone $1000 for a room that they did not stay in so right along with Expedia I will no longer be using any of these services or recommending them. I would never ever use Expedia as a third-party company ever again and I’m going to post this on every social media website I can find I’m going to tell every travel agent every company I know never to book through Expedia ever again

The room didn't have facial tissues and the AC had a strange smell when set on heat. If you don't turn on the heat, it was cold. But the worse part was the shower didn't have a soap fixture. In other words, there was nowhere to put your soap and shampoo other than the floor. On the positive side, there was plenty of parking and the room was clean.

The hotel is a budget hotel. It is “you get what you paid for free” But for the price I expect, at a minimum, a clean hotel. The carpet was very very dirty. You can tell the rooms are rush-cleaned every time. I was genuinely scared of catching a bed bug or finding insects. I think I was more excited to leave than to stay.
