"Our stay at Casa Chameleon was beyond superb. All staff members were attentive and friendly. We were consistently addressed by our names and greeted by all staff we passed. When issues popped up in our room (the air conditioner and hot water not working), they were fixed expediently. The front desk staff was always there to ensure our requests were fulfilled - from activity and restaurant reservations to contracting rides for us to various locations. The property itself is a destination. The view from every single vantage point takes your breath away. Las Catalinas is a growing town with plenty of restaurants to satisfy any palette. The room was one of the most romantic I have ever stayed in. The view was incredible, and I could live on that balcony. It was so very private we felt like we were on a honeymoon. Finally, when the airport was closed and we were stranded for 3 extra days, the staff was kind and accommodating, leaving us without a worry in the world."

"Very nice hotel with excellent amenities. Gym was clean and contained good equipment across a range interests. Pool was nice and clean. Rooms were clean, fresh and equipped. Shuttle service to the airport functioned prefectly. Highly recommended. "

"We were a little hesitant about booking the Planet Hollywood hotel because we were worried it might be too "gimmicky" and we wouldnt get a good vibe for the culture and country. It was awesome- far exceeded our expectations. The resort was smaller, but all the staff got to know us, were super friendly and wabted to make sure we had an amazing experience. They had a lot of restaurant options, and the food was DELICIOUS. We have been to a few all-inclusive resorts before, and this one had the beat food by far. They have a coffee shop with freshe coffee, pastries and ice cream. The buffet was expansive with a lot of options, and the dinner restaurants were incredible. We had lunch by the pool at the burger bar often, as they always had entertainment happening dueing the day by the pool or at night in the main building- we were never bored! It was wonderful for our teenage daughters to be able to wander by themselves and we didn't feel nervous for their safety. We would definitely reccomend it to anyone, and we hope to come back! "
