I received multiple communications before, during and after my trip to Aston Ka'anapali Shores. The check in was fast and easy. The resort was right on the beach with a grocery store across the street and a food truck park next door. The room was perfect for our group of 6. I would definitely stay here again.

I love that the room had a little kitchen with a fridge, stove, microwave, dining area, and living room with a couch that can turn into a bed. It had washer and dryer too! But it's old and definitely needs upgrading. It was clean tho so thumbs up for that.

This was our second time staying here and again, it was a wonderful experience. Pros- right on the beach, room was clean and spacious, pools are amazing, all staff were very friendly and accommodating, food and drinks at bar and restaurant were better than expected and large portions, coffee hut in hotel was decent (we also found coffee within walking distance too), close to a grocery store and multiple dining options, including the food trucks next door which we enjoyed, and the stores at the resort were great and convenient. Cons- the room was a little dated but not a big problem, wish the kitchen had a few more cooking gadgets, wish the exercise room was included in resort fee. Overall we loved it and will be back!

This is a beach front place and it is very convenient to get access to a beach. It was less rocky. But the nice thing is you can then dip into a swimming pool or a jacuzzi. There is a restaurant right there so you can order food and drinks. Very convenient. The only issue I had was the rooms are old and needs to be updated to latest style. Also please offer housekeeping service if they stay is longer than 3 days. Other than that everything was good and I won’t mind staying again.

The only issue we had was that housekeeping seemed to think that we had already checked out when we still had several hours remaining. Other than that, we were so impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, especially as I’m sure they had all been affected in some way by the wildfires. Maui no ka oi!

Did not like the hidden fees at check out. We were never told of the fees at check in. We were only told about the parking and that we would receive our remainder of deposit. It’s an additional $25 amenities fee per day. This is not included in the resort fees.
