The room featured a modern design, complete with streaming facilities on the TV for convenient entertainment. The kitchen was well equipped with good functionality. Staff were generally helpful and gave advice on the upcoming bank holidays and store closures."

"Very welcoming, food excellent at breakfast varied selection. We tried the restaurant in the evening aswell again good choice and food very good. They had bar football, table tennis and pool along side gaming in the hotel too. Staff on hand 24/7. We had a family room clean and comfortable could not fault anything from our stay. Only 10 min walk to station."

"Great place to stay near an underground station with direct trains to the airport plus tram route into the city centre. The vibe of the hotel is very Brazilian and works really well. Lovely bar which is very reasonably priced. Rooms are very spacious and have all you need. We were at the back of the hotel so faced the railway line so there was noise from the trains from early morning to late at night - but it wasn’t a problem. Staff at the hotel are all really friendly and helpful and welcoming. Not loads of eating out options in the immediate area but the tram stops nearby and so gives easy access into the city."
