I was traveling to Hong Kong for a work meeting and my customer recommended this hotel. I'm pleased that she did because this place was fantastic! Very clean and a great location. Across the way is the metro and a huge shopping mall with tons of restaurants. Its in a busier area, so there's lots of walkable places. The breakfast on site was pretty good. Daily housekeeping and fresh towels. Bottled water provided in the room as well as a small fridge, coffee, tea and a kettle for hot water.

When i bought hotel room it was not clear to me that i have to pay for my 14 years old kid another extra 200 USD. The room was tiny and beds were not comfortable. Staff was hardly speaking English and not empathetic to the costumers at all.

We love the central location of this crowded hotel. Steps from the subways, surrounded by dining options and shopping. Our room comes with lounge access and daily breakfast which offers a nice variety of food. It's a crowded hotel with plenty of traffic and noise; staff was nice and and our room was spacious and quiet.

Good hotel as always. Staff moved us without question to a new room when the room they initially provided smelled like someone had accidentally emptied a bottle of cologne in the room. Only provided 2 sets of towels for a party of 3. Pool was good but bar offerings were limited prior to 3 pm.

NZ couple.
Stayed 4 nights. Very handy to shopping, wharf area. Caught Uber from airport to hotel which was about $60nz. Handy to so many things and transport by train, bus or Uber is way easy. If looking for a base in HK this area is a good location. It was our first visit to HK.
