"The stay at this hotel was perfect for our needs. We were there for a Rugby match in the area so the location of the hotel suited us. From the moment we checked in to checking out the next day, we were made to feel very welcome and the staff were very friendly. We were given 2 of the best rooms in the hotel with view of the pitch at Twickenham stadium. This was a pleasant and welcome surprise for us. We had a few drinks in the bar pre and post the rugby game and had some food too. The bar staff were just as friendly and very attentive. Overall an excellent experience and will look to stay here again for our next planned trip to London in a few months time. "
