"We were in town for a quick overnight stay to see family. Check-in was fast and easy. The hotel was nicely decorated for the holidays, and very clean. Our room was very clean and comfortable; however, we found the bed to be way harder than we like. Didn’t make for a good night’s sleep, but maybe others would like that. Breakfast was great, with a variety of foods offered. One thing that turned us off was there was a lot of dog poo on the grassy areas by the handicap parking. Should be cleaned up by the owners or check by hotel staff. We definitely recommend this hotel. "

" The Argo Inn is a really cute, quaint, mountain town motel. Check in was quick and easy and the man working the front desk was very kind and in good spirits (sometimes rare to see!) Easy parking all around. We stayed on the second floor, right by the stairs. The room was warm and clean, although the smell of food kind of lingered. Not horribly, but it was there, maybe from one of our neighbors. We had our own patio, which was awesome! Bed was clean and very comfortable- I’d request more pillows though! Haha Bathroom came with a simple shower / bath combo. This is about 20~ minutes from Blackhawk / Central City where we went to the casinos! Overall, we had a great experience! I was pleasantly surprised, and loved the safe energy here from check in to check out! "
