"The room was stunning with nice furniture and a decent bathroom (that didn't have a plug for the sink). Otherwise it was excellent. I was a shame the ovan broke of day of checkout so no hot food was available "

"The services from Rebecca, the manager and other receptionist lady were great and thank you so much for the upgraded room which is greatly appreciated. The hotel is generally very good especially in the restaurant and reception areas and although the rooms were a bit dated they were clean. The location is 15 mins walk to the centre and there were lots of free parking at the back of the hotel. Breakfast was good but the sausage was poor quality! I would return on my next visit to Derby. Thank you for all the great service!"

"Easy access to where we needed to be. Parking was extra but understandable due to proximity of football stadium, hotel gives you a discount code so not too expensive. Room has all amenities you need. The room was a little cold due to poor seal around window but the curtains helped. Breakfast was great, much better than another hotel chain beginning with T! The orange juice actually tasted of orange! We ate out on first night as there a couple of restaurants nearby but we ate in the hotel 2nd night, both had pizzas which were tasty & hot. They were a little slow on the bar due to new staff but they were cheerful and helpful. Would stay again if I was in the area."
